NAL Research Corporation’s Quicksilver QS-100 terminal delivers the latest Iridium Certus® 100 Midband service in a compact, rugged package for globally available on-the-move (OTM), over-the-horizon (OTH), and beyond-line-of-sight (BLOS) connectivity. Suitable for both standalone usage and embedded platform integration, it employs a small detachable passive, low-gain, omni-directional antenna, simplifying low-profile and low-visibility installations. The Quicksilver QS-100’s flexible integration architecture makes it the ideal upgrade from narrowband solutions to provide midband throughput performance for file transfer, command and control (C2), telemetry, diagnostic monitoring, and other data transport applications from anywhere in the world.
Features
With up to 22 kbps Uplink and 88 kbps Downlink speeds, the NAL Quicksilver provides a reliable, secure connection. Designed for teams, this general-purpose device supports user-specified requirements utilizing multiple Application and Transport Layer protocols (FTP and SFTP, HTTP and HTTPS, TCP).
Easy Install
- 5 minutes from out-of-the-box to on-air. A Data Adapter is included in the Install Kit to breakout the DB-25 Connector (into RJ45 Ethernet, DB-9 Serial, and power) for easy setup and maintenance
