The GAT100L is a powered mobile tracking unit that uses the Iridium Short Burst Data (SBD) service to provide GPS tracking coverage anywhere in the world. The tracking unit senses motion, shock events, and movement outside a local fence and reports to the GIT X-Track™ host tracking services. GIT X-Track™ allows users to monitor the location of the GAT100L unit, modify configuration settings, and monitor the operating health of the mobile unit from any web browser including office computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
The GAT100L asset tracking unit is a state of the art tracking unit that is capable of monitoring its GPS location and reporting it via the Iridium satellite network to a web-based application (GIT X-Track™)on a secure server. A user can monitor the location of the tracker, control reporting intervals or schedules, and remotely monitor other sensor and diagnostic data.

The GIT X-Track™ host tracking application is used for all monitoring, recording, and control operations. In addition, GIT X-Track™ can be setup to send a notification to a selected email address whenever an exception event is enabled and reported. Exception events include movement outside a local fence, motion detection (shake), and excessive shock events.
At under 3" and 1.13 ounces, the Iridium Core 9523 is the smallest and most lightweight voice and data satellite modem to date. The compact size and weight allows direct PCB integration into custom modules such as remote monitoring devices and handheld smart devices for unsurpassed solutions.

The 9603N is a drop in replacement for the 9603 which is mechanically and electrically equivalent. They are identical in form, fit, function and electrically equivalent.
